TRENDY BLISS BALLS ARE EASY TO MAKE

Raw pastries are not cooked, but gently processed from dry fruits such as dates and nuts, spices and soft fats. Trendy raw cakes and energy balls are usually gluten-free and vegan (when you are not using honey but for example maple syrup) so they also suit for various diets.

The bliss balls are easier and quicker to prepare than cakes. You can give them a beautiful look by rolling the balls in berry powder, coconut flakes or almond crumbs. The vibrant taste and beautiful color of these bliss balls comes from Biokia’s Organic Lingonberry Powder. The caramel filling of the bliss balls and the fresh lingonberry make a charming flavour couple.

PINK LATTE FRESHENS AND NOURISHES

Vegetable lattes are a rising trend. The first newcomers were matcha latte and the turmeric golden latte. Pink latte is made of beetroot juice and spices that are combined with oat milk. The drink is topped with a foam of oat milk.
