The products in Biokia web store are sold by Kiantama Oy, business ID: 0306452-8. We sell products to adult individuals in Finland and the EU VAT area. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery fees.
Orders
Products are first and foremost ordered in the Internet at Biokia website via the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by email, indicating the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, an email address must be provided when ordering.
You must confirm to accept the valid terms of delivery upon each order.
Coupon codes
If the customer has received coupon code for price reduction, it should be given at the cashier in the field ‘coupon code’ and accepted by clicking ‘apply coupon’. Only one coupon code can be used for one order. The price reduction only applies to normal product prices, not any special pricing.
The limit for free delivery must be reached also after the price reduction.
Confirmations for Orders and Payments
A confirmation of order is sent via email including:
- a list of the products ordered
- total price
- tax specification
As a registered customer you are able to check the content of the order through the user account on our website biokia.fi. This requires that you have registered as an e-commerce customer before or during the order.
You will receive a payment confirmation from Paytrail plc indicating the amount of payment, the payment ID and date. Contact Paytrail if you have any questions regarding the payment transaction.
Delivery methods outside Finland
We deliver our products to EU VAT area. The order will be delivered by UPS or GLS, based on your choice. If the value of the order for international deliveries exceeds €100, the delivery is free*. The maximum order weight is 25 kg.
The delivery will be door-to-door to the address given upon ordering. The delivery fee includes one delivery attempt. If the first delivery is unsuccesfull, the package will be delivered to the nearest collection point for the customer to pick up.
Unfortunately we do not deliver to Norway, Switzerland, the Åland Islands, the Canary Islands and other areas outside the EU VAT area.
*Free delivery applies to the delivery address given upon ordering. In case the order needs to be re-directed or re-sent after it has been sent from our warehouse, the cost will be charged from the customer.
Delivery Methods in Finland
In Finland, your shipment will be delivered by your choice, either to Posti, Postord or DB Schenker collection point. You will be notified by mobile or e-mail, when your package is ready to be collected.
If the value of your order to Finland exceeds 20 € , the delivery fee is 0 €*. You can also choose door-to-door-delivery, but this option is never free.
Posti Pikkupaketti is a home-delivery method. In this option the size of the package is restricted and it will fit 2-6 Biokia-bags, depending on the product. If the products ordered do not fit Pikkupaketti, they will be delivered as normal Posti collection-point delivery.
When the order includes Biokia-juices, the only delivery options are Posti ‘fragile’ delivery or home-delivery.
We process orders in the order of arrival, usually within three business days. An email confirmation will be sent when the order has been processed. The confirmation message includes the tracking code for the order. All ordered products are delivered at once. If the order contains products that are not in stock at the time of order, the order will be sent after the products are re-stocked. If the order will be remarkably postponed from normal delivery time, our customer service will contact the customer.

Payment Methods
Versatile payment methods
Paytrail corporation (2122839-7) is the provider of payment services in cooperation with Finnish banks. With Paytrail, you can pay for your order with Finnish banks’ online payment accounts, debit and credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard, Diners Club, JCB), with MobilePay and PayPal.
When you pay by bank or credit card, depending on the card issuer, you may need to confirm your payment with the bank’s online payment account ID.

Other forms of payment
Campaign or discount code
If you have received a promotional code for a discount or free shipping, you can enter it in the box provided for it in the shopping cart. The price reduction only applies to normal product prices, not any special pricing. The limit for free delivery must be reached also after the price reduction.
Gift certificate
You can use the gift card as a form of payment by entering the number of it in the box provided in the shopping cart.
Please note that you can only use one campaign code, gift card, or discount code for one order.
Returns from outside Finland

Returns inside Finland
14 day cancellation right
As a consumer, you have the right, to declare the cancellation of the individual products or the entire order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To obtain a full refund, the product must be in good condition and unopened.
To report a cancellation:
The cancellation can be made by any free-form notice that clearly indicates the desire to cancel the order. We recommend that you fill out our return form (PDF file). You can also report the information displayed on the form via free-form email.
Free customer return
Regardless of which delivery method you have placed your order, you can return it free of charge as a customer return via Posti. The return code 683486 must be written on the package. The recipient of the return shipment is Kiantama Oy, Marjatie 1, 89600 Suomussalmi
Be sure to always ask for a receipt for tracking your return!
Products damaged in transit
If you find an order has been damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service.
Refunds
A refund for customer returns will be made using the payment method the customer originally used.
The refund will be paid within 14 days after we have recorded the return of the customer as received.
