Guide

  1. Slice banana and measure all ingredients to a mixer bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Ingredients

  • 1 dl natural yoghurt
  • 1 rkl Biokia berry powder or powder mix
  • 1 dl Biokia full juice (cranberry or sea buckthorn) or fruit purée without added sugar
  • ½ banana
  • 0,5 dl oat flakes or oat bran
  • (1 tsp honey)

Use a variety of dried berry powders and juices in this smoothie. Oat flakes bring texture and make the smoothie more filling.
