Ingredients
- 1 dl natural yoghurt
- 1 rkl Biokia berry powder or powder mix
- 1 dl Biokia full juice (cranberry or sea buckthorn) or fruit purée without added sugar
- ½ banana
- 0,5 dl oat flakes or oat bran
- (1 tsp honey)
Use a variety of dried berry powders and juices in this smoothie. Oat flakes bring texture and make the smoothie more filling.
